30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Senior Care Record Map Pro for any reason, request a full refund within 30 days of purchase and we'll return your payment.

How to request a refund

Senior Care Record Map Pro purchases are processed by Gumroad, so refunds are issued through Gumroad:

Reply to your Gumroad purchase-receipt email and ask for a refund, or
Use the "Manage / Refund" link in that receipt, or
Contact us via the contact page with your Gumroad order number and we'll process it for you.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Gumroad typically posts the reversal within a few business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

What happens to your access

Because Senior Care Record Map Pro is a one-time unlock verified by a license key, a refunded purchase deactivates that key — the site checks your key against Gumroad and will treat a refunded, disputed, or charged-back purchase as no longer entitled. Any facilities you saved, tagged, or exported remain yours; that data lives in your own browser and on your device.

Chargebacks

If something's wrong, please ask us for a refund first — it's faster than a bank dispute and we're happy to help. Purchases that are charged back or disputed have their Pro access revoked automatically.
